The Company participates to the creation and to the efficient management of the planning and the monitoring of various range of Projects, including Industrial, Civil, Infrastructural, Energy, and Oil&Gas.

Our Staff is expert in Project Management, Project Control, Planning and Reporting, Cost Control, Risk Management, and they are skilled to help the Project Managers in the following tasks:

- To create Project planning target,

- To evaluate the costs/times variances between planned and ongoing performances,

- To highlight and analyze the critical paths,

- To manage or prevent project targets delay, proposing Schedule Corrective/preventive actions,

- To create detailed management reports and technical documentation.

- To integrate the Project Control Structure (OBS, WBS, CBS) to better meet any specific Project requirements
